Beautiful things are not supposed to be practical, they say, and this litre beer glass is completely impractical. Who seriously wants to - and to be honest, who can - drink a litre of beer so quickly that the last sip still tastes good? Who can effortlessly lift such a one-litre beer-glass? Who can drink his third glass without spilling any on his shirt? Whatever the Bavarians think, this litre glass is pointless. So it should simply be beautiful.
