
Born in 1970 in Neustadt Holstein, childhood spent in Wilhelmshaven
Studied German, English and Cultural Studies in Bremen Worked for seven years as editor for a local newspaper in Niedersachsen Won prizes for her short stories, including the Literature Prize of the Sottrum Culture Initiative in November 2005 for her story Troja und die tödlichen Pralinen ("Troja and the Deadly Pralines"). She also won a competition in December 2006 for Troja und die todbringende Wolkenfrau ("Troja and the Lethal Cloudwoman") Since 2008 Freelance writer and journalist Member of the syndicate Verband deutschsprachiger Kriminal-Schriftsteller (Association of German-language crime writers). She is a choral singer, single and has no children. She lives in the country between Bremen and Hamburg. |
