Andreas Schlüter

Andreas Schlüter was born in Hamburg in 1950. After completing secondary school he apprenticed as a wholesale and export clerk and was active in that profession for many years before working as a supervisor of children's and youth groups. He also worked as a journalist and editor. Since 1996 he has devoted himself full-time to writing books, mainly for children and teens.
His breakthrough came in 1994 with "Level 4 – Die Stadt der Kinder". Since that time he has published more than 40 books for children and teens.
Andreas Schlüter lives in Hamburg and on Mallorca.
