Exhibition German Jazz
The exhibition refers to both the history of jazz as well as the current jazz scene, tell of clubs and festivals, record labels and the role of the radio, introduces individual personalities and stylistic trends. Geared at the interested public and experts at once, the exhibition is rounded-off with photographs from private and public archives. The exhibition by the Goethe-Institut was created in collaboration with Dr Wolfram Knauer, director of the Darmstadt Jazz-Institute.
