The advantages of a Goethe certificate.

On the 19th and 20th of October 2011, the Standard Setting on the new Goethe-Zertifikat C2: Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom was carried out at the headquarters of the Goethe-Institut e.V. in Munich.

Participating in this event were 43 reputed test experts, student teachers of languages, as well as representatives from universities, politics and education, all coming from a total of ten countries.

The programme was executed in accordance with the steps recommended by the Council of Europe, as contained in the Manual for Relating Language Examinations to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
