Journalists’ Exchange Nahaufnahme (Close-Up)

Europa – wie geht’s? Journalists from Germany and other European countries will swap their workplaces and residences for two to four weeks. From an outside perspective and with journalistic curiosity they will report on their impressions of the new locale.

The next exchange will begin in October 2013. The participating partner media, journalists and the cities in which they live will be announced shortly.

The last round involved twelve journalists from Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Hungary. One reported on Slovenia’s deleted citizens, one wrote a Berlin diary, another uncovered surprising details about Greco-German relations. And ... well, why don’t you just read on yourself:
