Forecast: Sunny“The production of one hamburger,” explains Çağlar Yücel, “consumes about as much electricity as watching television for 35 hours without interruption.” The geophysics student is one of the guides of the exhibition İşte Güneş - Here Comes The Sun in Istanbul. Based on an energy chain game, he explains to the young visitors the correlation between foods and energy consumption. Compared with a burger, says Yücel, an apple from the supermarket does pretty well. At the interactive exhibition, children learn all about the power of the sun and sustainable use of energy in a fun way.
