Hands-On Mathematics
“Inchworm, inchworm...” When kids and mathematics meet, it is sometimes as strenuous as the inchworm measuring the marigold in the old tune. Numbers and formulas are what it’s all about and there is not much leeway for play. Yet children prefer to make the world the way they like.
