Immersed in Light
“I work my way through metal like acid,” someone has sprayed on the wall. The old wine factory is only a ruin now. It overlooks the land from a hill near the Tunisian town of Manouba, and the midday sun pours through its broken windowpanes. This is the place Selim Cherif comes to when he needs to think. Today, though, the cultural manager brought participants in a photography workshop at the Goethe-Institut Tunis to his favourite spot and posed for them there.
