Dance Bar

Electronic music from Germany and Mexico echoed through Guadalajara the final night of the International Book Fair. The visitors danced into the wee hours of the morning to the sounds of the Pachanga Boys, a duo consisting of the Munich DJ Superpitcher and his Mexican collaborator Rebolledo. Aksel Schaufler AKA Superpitcher was already moving in the electro scene in his early years. He made his breakthrough with the single Heroin in 2001. Rebolledo, from the Mexican state of Veracruz, began his career in 2002. Germany was the guest of honour at the world’s second largest book fair. Some of the events, like the electro night, were supported by the Goethe-Institut.
