Back in the Swing
Landscape architecture meets art: In 30 years, the Søndre Havn (south harbour) of Køge, Denmark will be transformed in an urban area, creating new space for the arts, for life. The exhibition Urban Play, in which the architectural group Raumlabor takes up the enormous size of the former industrial area, now provides initial food for thought. With support from the Goethe-Institut, the Berlin group constructed a colossal swing from finds on site. Other exhibits include a swimming sauna and a conservatory for discarded pianos.
