Christine Krüger was born in Fulda, Germany in 1981. After completing internships in the tailoring department of the Deutsches Theatre in Göttingen and the design department of Kapalua Gmbh in Hamburg, she went on to study for a Diploma in Fashion, Textile and Costume Design at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. Here she began to focus on knitwear design. She took part in an exhibition in 2006 at the “Galerie für junge Künstler- und DesignerInnen” in Berlin. In 2007 she was a finalist at the “ITS#SIX” fashion competition with her own accessory collection.
