The CAP is Germany's largest university institute for policy consultation on European and international issues. It is a part of the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, and conducts practice-oriented research with a staff of approximately 60 researchers, and applies scientific findings to develop strategies and options for current policy issues. The center's research groups and numerous projects combine international and interdisciplinary analysis with concrete proposals for practical policy making.
