© Zentrum für transdisziplinäre Geschlechterstudien The Center for Transdisciplinary Gender Studies (ZtG), combines a wide range of activities in the field of gender studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin. It supervises and guides the transdisciplinary course of study "Geschlechterstudien/Gender studies", the research and consultation facility "GenderKompetenzZentrum" and the post-graduate programme "Geschlecht als Wissenskategorie" (i.e. gender as a category of knowledge).

The ZtG organises transdisciplinary dialogue among students, teaching staff and researchers from 17 fields, and also enables cooperations throughout Berlin and on transregional and international levels. It organises scientific and scholarly conferences, colloquia, lecture series and forums.
