Media

Media have great influence on our culture, history and public perception. They are closely connected to the way how intercultural communication takes place on a global level. The rapid developments of the media make it difficult to clearly determine the meaning and use of the term 'media’ and suggest an interdisciplinary and self-reflexive research approach.
The following philosophical, cultural-scientific and educational research institutes deal with the meaning and development of media and the ways of dealing with them.
