  • Deutscher Kulturrat The Kulturrat (German Cultural Council) is the central organisation of the Federal Cultural Associations.   • ifa Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen The institute for Foreign Affairs (if) is a mediator of German foreign policy on behalf of the Federal Foreign Office. Its primary activities are the initiation and organisation of international touring exhibitions of German art, as well as exhibitions by artists from transformation and developing countries in the ifa galleries in Stuttgart and Berlin.   • Kulturstiftung des Bundes The Kulturstiftung des Bundes (Federal Cultural Foundation) operates both nationally and internationally and is primarily concerned with art and culture in the 21st century.
