The Goethe-Institut cordially invites you to a reception on 1.12.23 from 12:30 to 14:00 in the Residence of the German Embassy as part of the Europanetzwerk Deutsch programme.
After welcoming remarks by Dr. Heike Peitsch, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Rafael D. Deschka, Deputy Director of the Goethe-Institut and Head of Language Work Southwest Europe, Dr. Elisabeth Tichy-Fisslberger, Austrian judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union, will give a keynote speech on the topic "Democracy, the rule of law and human rights in crisis?
