Dance Me to the Hills

“The pile of sand represents the hills of the Chilean city of Valparaíso,” explains Carla Bolgeri. The dancer was part of a performance by “Movimiento Sur”, an international platform for contemporary dance and interdisciplinary exchange in Chile, funded in part by the Goethe-Institut. The performances take place in a former prison.
