The first and second graders at the German International School are being read Dr. Seuss’s Green Eggs and Ham by none lesser than the Büchner award winner Felicitas Hoppe, who came to Boston on the invitation of the Goethe-Institut. She translated the classic American children’s book into German. Earlier, the writer lectured on the topic of “The German Tragedy” at the Goethe-Institut there.
