Suspended between the second and third kiss
Petra Serhal (Lebanon), Schwankhalle Bremen (Germany)
Suspended Between the Second and the Third Kiss is a choreography focusing on the politics of distance and intimacy between two bodies in relation to the spectators’ bodies. Experimenting with movement and sound, this performance interrogates notions of intimacy by putting into question the thin line between affection and control, and between labor and exploitation.
