studied Romance Languages and German in France and Germany. She began her journalistic work in television at France 3 and ZDF before she turned to the radio, first at SWR, then at Deutschlandfunk Kultur. She has been working there as a freelancer for over twenty years, both as editor and writer. Her focus is on the arts: book reviews, author portraits, cultural tips from all over Germany and features presenting cities and regions.
is an Estonian journalist who has covered topics in culture and society for over ten years. She is a staff writer at the daily newspaper Eesti Päevaleht, but also writes reviews for other newspapers and cultural magazines. In 2016, she was awarded the critics’ prize of the Estonian literary magazine Looming. She is also member of the board of the Estonian PEN Centre.
