The illustrated proverb of the month

Artist: Blexbolex

Good old jailhouse, I’m heartbroken, but a man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do.
I’ve got clear instructions. Your time is up.

Twenty seconds to go, no time for any sentimental ado.

“Aye you down there. We managed to contain the uprising. Victory is ours! Hurray!
Stop the operation immediately!”

“Hey! What do you think I am doing? Cooking? To blow something up is a serious business.
It requires genius. It requires talent, fearlessness and experience. It is a form of art.
Do you hear me? It is art, sucker!”

“Ars longa, vita brevis.” [Art is long, life is short.]
