Musician, artist and teacher of German Tobias Stürmer is coming to Australia to offer workshops for primary school teachers. As trainer for the Goethe-Institut London, he has already offered many up-skilling courses and workshops for teachers of German. You may know him from the Felix & Franzi songs which he composed. Teaching Methods and Socio-Cultural Studies Scholarships and Professional Development Facilitators Scholarships update the socio-cultural knowledge of Germany and review methodological and didactical issues in the teaching of German as a foreign language. The seminars aim to foster exchange of ideas and the development of teaching models in a group setting.

We take great pleasure in presenting the short listed entries from schools in NSW, QLD and ACT. The task was to produce or participate in the production of a short film, animation or cartoon in German with the topic "Deutschland im Jahr 3017".
