Given that more and more schools are faced with having to teach in a virtual classroom, we have compiled a collection of materials that are suitable for the teaching and learning of German online.
Water, magnetism, plants, cars, materials, air, time, weight, oil, fat, gas, the human body, animals, nature, earth and the sun. The Goethe-Institut Slovakia offers 20 CLIL modules for these topics. The modules are suited for primary school children in Years 3 and 4 that speak German at the A1 level.
The digital Kinder University is an innovative educational project for children aged 8-12. A key aspect of the Kinder University is its online platform which is accessible to everyone free of charge.

LINGO consists of a hands-on magazine for children between the ages of 8 and 12 as well as the MINTmobile website and app for teens aged 13 to 16. The contents of the magazine is dealt with in more depth both in the subject and linguistically on MINTmobil. All the magazines can be downloaded for free on the Lingo website.
Young people between the age of 12 and 14 can attend exciting lectures at the digital junior university: Topics include robotics, space, technologies, natural sciences, energy and sustainability. After registering free of charge, they can expand their knowledge and learn German on the side.
