GETVICO24+ is a virtual German teachers' conference that takes you around the world for 24+ hours.

Registration

By registering for GETVICO24+ on the Zoom Events platform, you will receive regular updates on our program until the start of the event on October 19.

The motto is "by teachers, for teachers": DaF experts from research and practice worldwide share their experiences from lessons and projects.

This year, in addition to the panels and other program items, we are offering two different formats for the presentations:

  • 30-minute presentations including Q&A, the format you are already familiar with from previous years.
  • Presentations followed by a discussion on the topic in breakout rooms with a total of 45 minutes
The Zoom Events software is used for the conference. This requires registration, but you can choose a free account. Please make sure that you can use the software on your computer, that you have webcam and microphone (recommended: headset) and a stable internet connection.
