On September 13 2021, the Goethe-Institut together with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Macquarie University will offer an online Careers Day for Year 8-12 and university students from all around Australia held from 10am-12:30pm. This will be a fantastic opportunity to learn about career paths with German, engage in insightful presentations by professionals and engage with other learners of German.

HOW TO ATTEND?
To attend the online event students and teachers will log in as a group from their classroom with one device only or each student with their own device individually. Students who will be learning from home on the day, are welcome to join us individually. We will use the platform Zoom. Teachers (and students) will be able to use the chat function for the Q&A part after each presentation. Before registering, please talk to your tech support at school to find out whether you will be able to log in to Zoom within your school’s network. Zoom offers a test meeting to check whether it works.
