The Goethe-Institut Brussels is looking for an employee (m/f/d) for media technology with a scope of employment of 100% (38 hours per week) on a permanent basis from 1.1.2023.
The Goethe-Institut is the globally active cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany. We promote knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation.
The main duties of the position are as follows:
- Maintenance and handling of event technology
- Technical support for internal events
- Media technology support for all departments
- Supporting the installation and use of media technology in the seminar rooms
- Obtaining quotations for the purchase or repair of media technology
We expect:
- Several years of experience in the area of media technology
- Good knowledge of Microsoft
- Good knowledge of at least one national language, good knowledge of English, knowledge of German an advantage
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends in the context of events
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
