In a small jazz bar somewhere in Germany, the charming Lene helps other people realize their dreams, in a world between stage and bar, where everyone is part of the family. Every night is a wild mix of drama, comedy and music; the characters desperate, playful, confused and daring. Their lives are linked by the refreshingly lively character of Lene, music and dreams -- whether it's of air guitars or success. Lene also has a dream: the concert she has organized for the Danish musician Leif that evening. This dream, however, soon confronts her with difficult decisions in which neither good advice nor her friends can help.
Director Klandt calls the movie “a film with friends” because he invited his favourite colleagues into this authentic low-budget indie comedy that quickly became a festival favourite.
