Walter packs furniture for Roland Grone, who own a company which enforces evictions. Grone is planning a risky real estate deal with the help of a dodgy family clan. Tenants of a building are to be evicted, and the building sold at a high price. But, there is a problem: the last tenant, who seems somehow familiar, refuses to move out which causes an escalation of retaliation from the clan.
