The Goethe-Institut Toronto is looking for a dedicated colleague (38.5 hours/week on a contract basis) from October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

As an Administrative Assistant at the Goethe-Institut Toronto you will support the Head of Administration in the accounting department.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and evaluating invoices and administrative records from previous years
  • Preparing and entering the data obtained into the Goethe-Institut's systems according to specified criteria
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration and accounting
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Very good coordination and organizational skills
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Existing Canadian work permit
Pay is based on the salary schedule of the Goethe-Instituts in Canada. Working conditions are subject to Canadian law. The place of employment is Toronto. Please send your application with a letter of motivation, curriculum vitae and three references by September 23, 2022 to:
