The Institute for Sound and Music Berlin brings its 360° audiovisual ISM Hexadome installation to the MAC for a 3-week stretch beginning on August 13 and running through the festival. The immersive installation is composed of Klangdom, an advanced multi-channel speaker configuration using a 3D spatialization software, and hosted within a visual projection architecture designed by digital media studio Pfadfinderei. Featuring nine works by: Suzanne Ciani & AudeRrose, Ben Frost and MFO, CAO and Michael Tan, Holly Herndon & Mathew Dryhurst, Frank Bretschneider & Pierce Warnecke, Lara Sarkissian and Jemma Woolmore, Peter Van Hoesen and Heleen Blanken, René Löwe & Pfadfinderei, and Tarik Barri and Thom Yorke.

The ISM Hexadome North America Tour is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office , implemented by the Goethe-Institut and supported by the Federation of German Industries (BDI) under the “Year of German-American Friendship” program called “Wunderbar Together”.
