In principle, the consultation newspapers in the library are free. Annual subscription is required for loans as well as the use of audiovisual media in the library. Subscription costs between 6,000 and 8,000 F CFA.
It is possible to make photocopies in the library in accordance with copyright regulations. "Copy" cards that are valid for 40 copies are available on site at the price of 1,000 F CFA each.
