About the festival
The Science Film Festival is a celebration of science communication in Southeast Asia, South Asia, South America, Africa, and the Middle East in cooperation with local partners. It aims to encourage scientific culture and raise awareness of contemporary scientific, technological, and environmental issues through international films, accompanied by educational activities that are accessible and entertaining, specifically aimed at children aged 5 to 16 and a wide audience.

2025 edition
For this 21st edition, which will be held on November 27–28 in Yaoundé at the Goethe-Institut Kamerun, the festival will focus on green jobs, highlighting professions that are essential to promoting and preserving the environment, in order to teach children about the importance of green jobs, related professions, and how they contribute to a more sustainable future.

Who can participate?
This call is open to organizations, companies, associations, startups, professionals, and researchers in Cameroon's green sector.

Selection criteria
Selection will be based on the type of activities offered by exhibitors to young festivalgoers on site. For example: hands-on workshops, interactive demonstrations, immersive activities, games, etc.
