Library's User Survey

We strive to improve our library services and to meet the expectation of our users.

We therefore would like to ask you to take 5-10 minutes to answer the following questions. Participation from people who have never been to our library or people who haven't used our library for a long time, is especially important.

Among all the participants we will rattle an e-reader as prize. Please write down your Email Address at the end of this survey.
