Leipzig
German for teens

Kursort Leipzig; Foto: Goethe-Institut © Goethe-Institut

3 weeks
Ages: 14 to 17

Leipzig, which is famous for its long tradition as a trade fair and university city, offers plenty to see and do. It is also a city of music, offering an exciting concert program in all genres. The beautiful and vibrant historic city center, with excellent shopping and pleasant cafés, is a perfect spot for people-watching.

The Egidius Braun sports hotel, operated by the Saxony state soccer association, boasts Germany's largest indoor soccer hall, an outdoor artificial turf field, and two grass fields. With facilities like these, the young learners can be active in any weather. And there's much more than soccer: participants will enjoy the professionally equipped fitness room, beach volleyball courts and outdoor tennis courts. We also take them on walking tours of the city and bicycle tours in the countryside.

For example: barbecues, basketball, beach volleyball, billiards*, bowling*, canoeing*, cinema*, city walking tours, climbing* (climbing forest), concerts*, cycling*, disco nights, foosball, gymnasium, horseback riding*, jogging, minigolf*, museum visits, playing fields, soccer (indoor and grass fields, grass fields), street soccer, swimming*, table tennis, tennis*, weight room
