Courses at levels A1 to B2

Obertauern is a popular countryside holiday location situated 1,600 meters above sea level in the south-east of the Austrian state of Salzburg.

Our course participants are accommodated in the Tauernhof, a youth hotel with excellent facilities situated right at the edge of town. The hotel's location guarantees that summertime visitors will have unforgettable experiences amid spectacular natural surroundings. Outdoor types will appreciate the beautiful meadows and mountain vistas. The Tauernhof hotel features an excellent range of recreational activities, including outdoor soccer, basketball and volleyball, a table tennis room, a disco and two movie theaters. In the new gym (12x20m), participants can burn off excess energy in any weather! The two nearby towns of Radstadt and Altenmark are perfect for shopping or taking a stroll.

On our class excursions we will of course visit the "Mozart city" of Salzburg. We will also explore nearby sights such as the romantic castles in the region.

The Obertauern young learners' course is offered in partnership with Young Austria.

For example: arts workshop, barbecues, basketball, cable car, canoeing, cycling, disco nights, field hockey, hiking, movie night, museums, riding, rock climbing wall (on premises), soccer, swimming, table tennis, volleyball
