Contact and directions

By air / by train

Trains depart from Frankfurt International Airport to the main station in Mannheim (ICE high-speed train: approx. 35-minutes, see Timetable). From Mannheim, it is a 20-minute trip by S-Bahn to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof


Bus 34 from Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (direction: "Pfaffengrund, Kranichweg"). The hotel is a short walk from the "Wieblingen, Bonhoefferstraße" bus stop.
OEG tram, Line 5 or 5R from Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof in the direction "Mannheim Zentrum - Hbf". Get off at the "Heidelberg, Ochsenkopf" stop and walk to the hotel.

By car

Take the A5 autobahn and follow the HEIDELBERG-MITTE exit.
Then take the A656 until the autobahn ends and keep left. Turn left at the traffic light and follow the sign for "SRH-GRUPPE". At the next traffic light, turn left for "WIEBLINGEN". Continue for about one kilometer and turn left at the traffic light, following the sign for "SRH-GRUPPE". After passing LUDWIG-GUTMANN-STRASSE, you are on the SRH campus, where Hotel Chester is located (see map www.hotel-chester.de).
Free parking near the hotel is limited (in the side street "Gutachweg"). Parking is available next to the hotel for €13/day.
