Vibeke Frost Andersen (NO)
Representing Norway as the first residency participant is Vibeke Frost Andersen.
The artist studied among other fields Art History in Oslo, received a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication from the University of Wales, and in 2016 she completed her studies with a Master of Fine Arts with a focus on creative art at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo).
As a designer, artist, and teacher with many years of exhibition experience in Norway Vibeke Frost Andersen works primarily with digital mediums and devices. In recent years, however, she has increasingly been inspired by the application of analogue and manual methods of graphic design and incorporates them into her work.

During her residency at the LIA Vibeke Frost Andersen hopes to achieve aquiant herself with
traditional print media and its means of production. This was among other things decisive for her application for participation in the residence programme.
