The Assiut branch provides services to the public through establishing clinics, nurseries, a children's library, and women's and elderly clubs. It also holds a myriad of health and social awareness events, that aims to raise the living standards for vulnerable communities, this is done through organizing: immunization programs, first-aid classes, medical caravans, family planning programs, trips and camps, and classes in sewing, tapestry and weaving as well as carpentry, plumbing and blacksmithing.

The organization works on four main areas:
- The first: crisis management, intervention in times of disaster, and locating missing persons.
- The second: supplying social and medical services to local communities through clinics, nurseries, and workshops.
- The third: development of the local community by collaborating with the Ministry of Irrigation to raise environmental awareness and provide services in the villages that oversee the Nile so as to protect it against pollution.
- The fourth: Working with youth and training them in crisis management.
