The association aims to empower youths in impoverished communities develop self-confidence in order to encourage creativity and make a difference within their communities. It operates in three strategic domains:
  • The economic empowerment of youth
  • The promotion of peace and the prevention violence through art and sports
  • The development of career skills for youths

Past projects

  • Pianola Project organized workshops and concerts that aims to discover young talents and support them
  • Organized the third round of The Dream Contest, which aimed to empower youths with advanced social and technological insights to implement their ideas and projects - Parental awareness seminars
  • Organized a 4-day training in a village in Assiut to teach youths the importance of creativity, talent development, volunteer work, communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence
  • Organized a 2-day training program for teachers at El Salam Modern School on classroom management through effective leadership and teamwork
  • Organized a sports camp at El Salam Modern School that aimed to promote among students the values of tolerance, communication, leadership, time management and team work
  • Barah Grant, which targeted teens, worked on promoting the values of team work, leadership, communication and anger management. It also aimed to develop their presentation skills and life planning skills
