Among some of CARE Sohag's various developmental programs are the following:
- An education program, which focuses on teachers, students, parents, and inspectors
- Natural resource programs to develop agriculture, irrigation, and sanitation
- Women's rights anti-violence program, which ensures gender equality through equal representation in laws and legislations, especially acts which preserve women's rights, as well as lawsuit-filing, law-activation, and economic empowerment
- Building organizational skills to support women from rural societies
