The "Box of ideas - Los geht's" offers suggestions, information, project ideas and materials related to German as a school subject. It was developed by the educational cooperation of the Goethe-Institut Barcelona.

Description
Why should children and young people learn German today and why is it good to start early? There are many arguments in favor of this. The promotional brochures and films of the "Ideenkoffer" present some of them in a vivid way. As well as the PowerPoint presentation which is ideal for information events to show parents, school administrators and young people that learning German is worthwhile.

The collection of ideas presents interesting websites, exercises and exciting projects and competitions for the classroom. It also contains a list of institutions that can be helpful for lesson planning.
Lessons
The idea that German is difficult to learn is widespread among children and young people. The two lesson plans prepared for the primary level are intended to counteract this impression. The sample lessons on "Numbers" and "What is yellow?" can be used perfectly as a first lesson. They will show children that they can quickly learn some German words and that learning German is not that difficult.

Students will learn how to greet, introduce, and say goodbye to each other in German. They learn simple vocabulary: colors, adjectives, numbers 1-12
