Winfried sieht seine viel arbeitende Tochter Ines nicht sehr oft. Deshalb überrascht er sie mit einem Besuch in Bucharest, wo Ines gerade sehr beschäftigt als Unternehmensberaterin tätig ist. Die geografische Veränderung hilft den beiden nicht gerade dabei sich öfter unter vier Augen zu sehen.
Der Witzbold Winfried nervt seine Tochter mit abgedroschenen Streichen und Stichelein in ihrem routinierten Alltag, welcher voll mit Meetings und Papierkram ist. Vater und Tochter landen in einer Sackgasse und Winfried merkt, dass er nach Hause gehen sollte.
