A five-day immersive dramatic film production lab led by international and local producers. The lab covers topics such as funding, distribution, marketing, and more. The program includes a mix of classroom learning, one on one sessions with mentors.
This lab is being offered for producers currently working on (development or early production) of a dramatic feature length or short film project. In order to be eligible to apply you must be an Ethiopian citizen.
This workshop is organized by Gobez Media in collaboration with the Realness Residency/Urucu Media in order to support the professional development of Ethiopian producers.
The lab is supported by the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC). The Ethiopian EUNIC Cluster is an initiative run in collaboration by international cultural players present in Ethiopia (Alliance Ethio-Française, British Council, Goethe Institut, Istituto Italiano di Cultura, the Embassy of Spain, the Embassy of Portugal and the European Union amongst others).
