Film screening for school classes

Goethe-Institut London

The Into Film Festival is a free and annual celebration of film and education for schools and young people across the UK. It aims to help educators bring learning to life for 5-19 year olds by inspiring young people to watch, make and understand film in new and creative ways.

Film synopsis

Benjamin is a young German computer hacker sensing that his life is lacking direction and purpose, with the modern world seemingly disinterested in him. Pizza delivery boy by day and dreaming of becoming a superhero at night, Benjamin is merely drifting along until he is invited to join a subversive hacking group looking to disturb public order and attract global attention. With the group’s plans escalating, they decide to take on the German intelligence espionage headquarters, but it may be that they have met their match. This is a fast paced, energetic drama about the common problem of feeling alienated in the modern digital world.
