Tailored short-term support for your German Department

Is your German Department facing a short-term recruitment issue? Do you have classes who are having to be taught by non-specialist German teachers? Through our programme “Vorsprung Deutsch”, we can support you or individual students until the department has got back on its feet again.

How it works

Support via our programme “Vorsprung Deutsch” will be offered free of charge* to schools in England as part of the GIMAGINE project. The following options are available on a short-term basis

  1. One of our specialist German teachers can support the teaching of a whole class from KS2 up to A-Level, which can be done virtually.
  2. Non-specialist German teachers can take part in an online group language course or can access one-to-one support from one of our specialist German teachers.
  3. Individual students can complete an on-line group course to support them in their German studies.
Our online group courses include live sessions with the group and teacher as well as access to a modern online learning platform so you can study whenever it suits you.

If you are not sure which form of support you should opt for, please contact us to discuss your situation.
