Do I need to purchase any textbooks?

All required course materials for your blended learning course will be made available online free of charge.

Can I change or cancel my course booking?

In case of cancellation, the following fees apply: a) Up to 4 weeks before beginning of course 10% of course fee, b) Up to 1 week before beginning of course 20% of course fee, c) Up to 1 day before beginning of course 30% of course fee, d) After course begins 100% of course fee. You should consider your personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment, as we regret that no fees are refundable once the course has started. We reserve the right to cancel classes with fewer than 10 students up to 24 hours before a course is due to start. In this case we will give you a full refund of the course fee paid. No other costs except the course fee will be refunded.

Will I get a certificate at the end of my class?

All students who attend at least 70% of their classes, and (for courses with an online component) complete at least 70% of their assignments will receive a certificate of participation for their course. Also, we prepare and encourage you to sign up for one of our official Goethe-Zertifikat exams, which will provide you with an internationally-recognised certificate to prove your language abilities. Course participants will be able to take an exam for a discounted rate. More Information on our Exams

Are you very busy and therefore prefer a more flexible offer? Then maybe our Blended Learning course is just the thing for you.

Practice your vocabulary and important grammatical structures and idioms at your own pace online on our learning platform. Your teacher will assist you along your way by providing individual feedback on your submitted work. You will then meet you teacher and group once per week at the institute. The focus of these meetings is on improving your speaking skills and communicating with your group about current issues.

How the course works

Onsite Meetings
You will attend weekly lessons with your teacher. There you will also have the opportunity to meet your fellow classmates.

Learning Platform
One part of the course is dedicated to self-study, where you have the chance to study at a time that suits you. You will be working through varied exercises on our modern learning platform.

Support from your teacher
The teacher gives you individual feedback on your exercises and is available to answer questions.
