Germany is one of the world’s leading study and research centres and offers a wide range of opportunities. 30,000 patents applications are processed in Germany annually.

Our new touring exhibition "Inventions from Germany" focuses on ground-breaking, German inventions which affect the daily lives of each of us and does so in an interactive way. It shows historical  as well as potential future inventions in different subject areas: energy, information technology, environment, mobility, communication, optics and medicine. Visitors are invited to read, test and to take part in the experience. The aim is to highlight Germany's contribution to the development of global scientific thought, to present her vibrant research scene and also as an attractive place of study.

Although designed with students aged 14 to 25 years in mind, the exhibition will also appeal to a more general public.

Guided programme for secondary school classes (S4 to S6)
The exhibition promotes the concept of STEM teaching combined with German and is suitable for both, German-oriented and science-oriented secondary school classes. A visit to this exhibition will support and encourage interdisciplinary and cross-curricular projects in schools. Beginners are welcome too as English translations are provided. We offer one hour slots for school groups with up to 30 participants.
