Goethe Krimi: In the library with the lead piping

Crime fiction from Germany and the UK

New Books in German (NBG) and the Goethe-Institut London present an evening of mystery and suspense to mark the publication of the latest edition of NBG. Take part in our murder mystery game and see if you can guess ‘whodunnit’. Afterwards we will introduce you to two German and two British crime fiction writers. Mechtild Borrmann, Louise Welsh, Mario Giordano and Michael Ridpath will read extracts from their novels and join in a discussion with Dr. Katharina Hall, editor of Crime fiction in German: Der Krimi, due to be published in spring 2016.
