Science Workshop

The Goethe-Institut London is delighted to offer a further science workshop in German for secondary school pupils in London.

The workshop promotes the concept of STEM teaching combined with German and links to core subjects which are part of the curricula in Northwestern Europe. It informs students about the recent research projects of German scientists, showcases future prospects and focuses on the topic of studying in Germany.

The organisation Native Scientists recruits German scientists and offers a workshop on 26 May 2017 at 11am at the Goethe-Institut London. The scientists are prepared to work with secondary school pupils who are in their 3rd year and above of studying German.

The workshop takes about 1.5 hours during which the students are involved in different experiments (4 scientists will work with 5 students each). Separated into small groups (speed-dating principle), they learn about new experiments and simultaneously study the German language.
